How did Supermaker come to be?

In short, Supermaker is a reaction to our own entrepreneurial experiences growing the company Schmidt’s Naturals from farmers markets into a global brand that was acquired by Unilever. In the process of overcoming seemingly impossible challenges, and learning from a multitude of missteps made along the way, we developed a few novels worth of constructive advice and conversation starters about the ways businesses are designed to operate and grow. Inspired by the newest wave of artisans and entrepreneurs, we’re working with the talented teams at Supermaker to package and share that knowledge in practical and entertaining ways, in belief that you too can use it to take your business or career to the next level.
